Geo Eco Systems — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Geo Eco Systems. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through our website, www.geoecosystems.com. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined below, subject to applicable law.
1. Products and Services
Geo Eco Systems sells solar panels, batteries, inverters, mounting systems, electrical accessories, and related renewable energy equipment.
Product specifications, descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information. However, occasional errors may occur.
2. United States Sales Only
Geo Eco Systems accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping. In addition, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, battery chemistry, or transportation requirements.
3. Pricing and Payments
All website prices are listed in United States dollars (USD).
During checkout, Geo Eco Systems will calculate or display applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
Geo Eco Systems reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to obtain approval for the corrected price or cancel the affected order and refund any payment collected.
Before accepting an order, Geo Eco Systems must obtain payment authorization. Therefore, we may decline an order if the payment provider does not authorize the transaction.
4. Order Processing and Availability
Customers may submit orders for available products. However, Geo Eco Systems must confirm product availability and accept the order before fulfillment can proceed. Therefore, submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Some products ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or third-party fulfillment facilities. As a result, processing times and shipment origins may vary. In addition, customers may receive products from different shipping locations.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, Geo Eco Systems will contact the customer to discuss available options. For example, customers may choose an appropriate refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Geo Eco Systems ships eligible products to addresses within the United States.
Shipping estimates do not guarantee delivery dates unless Geo Eco Systems expressly agrees otherwise. In addition, large solar equipment, batteries, and other heavy merchandise may require freight transportation.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and make any necessary arrangements to receive freight shipments.
Once an order ships, Geo Eco Systems may be unable to change the delivery address or modify the shipment. Therefore, customers should verify their shipping information before completing their purchase.
6. Delivery Inspection and Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
If merchandise arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Geo Eco Systems promptly and provide supporting photographs and order information.
When possible, document visible freight damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Customers should retain original packaging until any shipping issue has been resolved.
These procedures do not eliminate rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees
All returns and refunds are governed by the Geo Eco Systems Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 15 calendar days after delivery for eligible voluntary returns.
Approved customer-requested returns are generally subject to a 26.9% restocking fee.
Certain products, including batteries, wiring, and custom-ordered merchandise, are generally not eligible for voluntary returns.

8. Manufacturer Warranties
Products may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures depend on the manufacturer’s written terms.
Geo Eco Systems may assist customers with warranty communications. However, manufacturer warranty decisions and remedies generally remain the manufacturer’s responsibility.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Geo Eco Systems does not provide an additional independent product warranty.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Product Installation and Electrical Safety
Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical equipment must be installed and operated according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for determining whether professional installation, permits, inspections, engineering approvals, or utility authorization are required for their projects.
Customers should use appropriately qualified professionals where required by law or necessary for safe installation.
Geo Eco Systems does not guarantee that every product is suitable for every electrical system, location, or application.
10. Product Compatibility and Performance
Customers should review product specifications and verify compatibility before purchasing.
Actual energy production, battery performance, system efficiency, and equipment operating characteristics depend on installation conditions, system configuration, environmental factors, and usage.
Any performance estimates are informational unless Geo Eco Systems expressly provides a separate written guarantee.
11. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact Geo Eco Systems promptly to request cancellation.
Cancellation may not be possible after an order enters fulfillment, ships, or involves a custom or special-order product.
Any applicable cancellation charges must comply with disclosed terms and governing law.
12. Website Information and Intellectual Property
Website content, product descriptions, graphics, and branding are provided for informational and commercial purposes.
Geo Eco Systems branding and original website materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Manufacturer trademarks, product names, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Geo Eco Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from purchased products or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
